At first, it was just a scene in my head. A weird one. But that line? It stayed.

Your Move, Human is a work evolution ecosystem for leaders rethinking how their people operate in the age of AI. It sits at the intersection of AI adoption, workforce capability development, and organizational redesign.
The ecosystem features a newsletter, podcast, and ongoing book series.
Thesis: If your AI investment isn’t translating into actual results, the bottleneck isn’t technology. It’s the human layer underneath it.
Why I created Your Move, Human?
Honestly..
Because everyone is asking the wrong question.
Right now, the entire world — professionals, organizations, governments — they’re all obsessed with one thing: Upskilling.
And it makes sense. AI is moving quickly. It feels urgent.
So we reach for the obvious answer: teach people new skills.
But here’s the problem nobody is talking about:
Skills have a shelf life.
And that shelf life is getting shorter every year.
